Terms & Conditions

1) The Client undertakes full responsibility for expenses and proper transportation of rented materials . 2) 24 hr notice is needed for full refund of backdrop. If the client cancels their backdrop order, there will be a TBD fee if the backdrops have already left the studio. 3) In the event of loss, theft or damage of rental materials, the client is liable for the backdrop replacement cost or damage fee, whichever is applicable. 4) The client has read and agrees to the terms of proper handling of backdrops. 5) The client will give credit for the backdrop using @CarolinePandeli on social media or Caroline Pandeli on printed material where possible. The client will also provide proof of compliance with the agreed upon usage of the rented material by means of tearsheet, digitals or negatives if requested. 6) The client agrees to return rented material within the rental period or be liable for an additional day/ weekly fees. 7) Payment is due 30 days date of invoice or a compounding interest rate of 1.5% will be applied. 8) All rented drops remain the exclusive property of Caroline Pandeli.
